01Acceptance
By creating an account or using Livetu, you declare that you have read and agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any point, please do not use the platform.
02What Livetu is
Livetu is a platform that helps you discover places, events and itineraries, with recommendations from real people who know the city. We connect those seeking experiences, those who recommend them (curators) and venues. Livetu is provided by LIVETU TECNOLOGIA DA INFORMACAO LTDA, CNPJ 67.689.326/0001-49.
03Your account
- You must be at least [minimum age — e.g., 18] to use Livetu.
- The information you provide at sign-up must be true and up to date.
- You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity on your account.
- Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
04Content and conduct
You are responsible for the content you publish (recommendations, photos, videos, lists, comments, stories). By publishing, you warrant that you have the right to do so and agree not to:
- Publish content that is illegal, offensive, misleading, or that infringes third-party rights.
- Impersonate someone else or harm other users' experience.
- Use the platform for spam, fraud or any abusive activity.
- Attempt to bypass security, copy or improperly exploit the platform.
We may remove content that violates these terms or the law.
05Curators and third-party content
Much of what you see on Livetu comes from other people — curators and users. That content reflects the opinion of whoever published it, not Livetu's. We curate, but we don't guarantee that every recommendation is accurate, current or suitable for you.
06Itineraries and payments
Some itineraries and tickets may be paid. When you buy:
- Payment is processed by a specialized partner (such as Stripe), also subject to its terms.
- The price and conditions are shown before the purchase is confirmed.
- Where applicable, Livetu may retain a service fee on sales, disclosed to the itinerary's creator.
- Refund and cancellation policy: [describe your refund policy].
07Intellectual property
The Livetu brand, the app, the website and their visual elements belong to Livetu. The content you create remains yours — but, by publishing it, you grant us a license to display and distribute it within the platform, for the purpose of operating the service.
08Third-party recommendations and venues
Livetu shows places, events and venues that are operated by third parties. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, availability or services provided by those venues. The decision to go somewhere or attend an event is yours.
09Limitation of liability
Livetu is provided "as is". We do our best to keep everything working and secure, but, to the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the platform or from experiences offered by third parties. Nothing in these terms removes rights granted to you by consumer protection law.
10Suspension and termination
You can close your account whenever you like. We may suspend or terminate access for anyone who violates these terms or the law. Some obligations (such as those related to payments already made) remain valid after termination.
11Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. When a change is significant, we will notify you. The date at the top indicates the current version, and continued use of Livetu after the update means you agree to the new version.
12Governing law and venue
These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. The courts of São Paulo, SP are designated to resolve any disputes, without prejudice to the consumer's home jurisdiction where the law so guarantees.
